About us

We are a supplier and dealer of thermoplastic welding equipment, based in Dubai and shipping worldwide. We are not a manufacturer, and we say so plainly because it matters: it means we can recommend the machine that suits your work rather than the only machine we happen to build.

What we do

We supply the complete set of equipment a geomembrane lining crew needs to start and finish a project. Automatic hot wedge welders for production seams. Hand extrusion welders for patches, penetrations and detail. Hot air guns for tacking and thin material. Welding rod matched to the liner resin. Air pressure and vacuum testing kit to prove the seams. Spare parts held locally so a worn element does not stand a crew down.

Alongside that we supply HDPE geomembrane sheet, which lets buyers take material, machines and consumables on one consignment with one set of customs documents and one party responsible if a seam fails a test.

Why buy from Dubai

Most of this equipment is manufactured in Europe or China and quoted ex works. For a contractor in Nairobi, Dammam or Lagos, that price is the first of several numbers, and the later ones, freight, duty, a voltage mismatch found on site, and a lead time in weeks, are the expensive ones.

Buying from a stockist here removes most of that. The machines are already in the region. They leave configured for the destination's voltage and plug type. The export paperwork is prepared with the consignment. And when a heating element fails eighteen months later, the replacement is on a shelf in Dubai rather than in a factory order queue.

How we work

• We quote delivered, not ex works. The figure you compare should be the figure you pay.
• We ask about the specification first. Contractors regularly buy a machine that cannot produce the seam their engineer will accept. Send us the clauses and we will say so before you order.
• We will tell you when something is not needed. A 5 kg/h extruder is the wrong tool for patch work, and a bigger machine is not automatically a better one.
• We stock the boring parts. Elements, rollers, shoes, nozzles and brushes are what actually keep a crew working.
