Geomembrane welding machines in India
Wedge welders, extruders, hot air guns and seam test equipment shipped from Dubai to India via Nhava Sheva or Mundra, typically 7 to 12 days in transit.
India is the closest major market to Dubai by sea, and the one where liner is consumed at a scale nothing else on our list approaches.
We ship from our Dubai stock through Nhava Sheva or Mundra, with typical transit of 7 to 12 days by sea or air before customs clearance. India is the shortest sea transit of any of our export markets outside the Gulf.
Lining work in India
Canal and irrigation channel lining under state water programmes is the largest single application, running to enormous seam lengths in thin sheet. Farm ponds built under agricultural subsidy schemes add very high volume in small units. Salt pan lining in Gujarat, engineered landfill under municipal waste rules, and industrial containment make up the rest.
That mix decides the liner thickness you will weld most often, and thickness drives the machine parameters more than any other variable. Starting figures by gauge are in our welding settings guide.
What to plan for in India
India has a large domestic geomembrane industry, so we do not pretend to compete on bulk sheet into Nhava Sheva. What we are competitive on is imported welding equipment, consumables matched to the liner, and spare parts moving by air in days. If your requirement is material rather than plant, we will tell you honestly that local sourcing will serve you better.

What to order
All three welding processes, not one. The wedge welder for production seams, the hand extruder for patches and penetrations, and the hot air gun for tacking. Alongside them, rod matched to your liner, the test kit your specification names, and a spares kit.
Before deciding how many machines to send, run the project through the seam length calculator. It converts the lined area into machine hours, which is what actually determines whether one welder covers the programme. Where geomembrane sheet is going too, everything consolidates into one consignment.
The rest of the range is on our main equipment and liner page.
Welding plant delivered to India
One consignment covering machines, rod, test kit and liner, with spare parts that move by air rather than waiting on a factory schedule.
